What exactly is KCAP?
KCAP is a 12-week certification and commissioning experience designed to equip Christian coaches, speakers, and consultants to lead with clarity, confidence, and Kingdom authority. This is not information—it’s formation.
How much time does it require?
Expect at least 5 hours per week for coaching calls, reflection, homework, and assessments. Growth requires margin. Most leaders don’t fail from lack of potential—they fail from lack of space.

What’s the investment?
The investment is $5,500. We talk openly about this because financial stewardship is part of leadership maturity.
Who will be teaching the session?
Coach Jesse Cole is the primary facilitator for all sessions. Occasionally, there will be guest facilitators.
Is this faith-based or business-based?
Both—and integrated. Although not a business development course, KCAP exists to eliminate that divide.
Is this for beginners?
KCAP is not for spectators or dabblers. It is for leaders who already see themselves as
called—and are ready to mature into that calling.
How many participants are accepted per cohort?
Up to 25 participants will be accepted into the program per cohort.
When are the sessions? Are they live? Will they be recorded for rewatch purpose?
Sessions will be live via Zoom on Monday evenings from 8pm-9:30pm ET. All sessions are recorded. A rewatch link will be shared in our online community app.
